"Job and Career Fair" was organized with high efficiency
A significant step was taken in the Mary velayat to strengthen the economic power of our country and enhance the employment of the population. On May 8, 2026, a "Job and Career Fair" was organized with high efficiency through the joint efforts of the Mary velayat Committee of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, the Mary velayat Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, and the Mary velayat financial and economic secondary vocational school. This event provided an opportunity to identify competitive specialists essential for both the entrepreneurial sector and state institutions, serving more than just those seeking employment. During the fair, entrepreneurs engaged with young professionals possessing modern mindsets for new projects within their enterprises. Due to their compliance with labor market requirements, several students from the financial and economic secondary vocational school were invited for employment by enterprises such as "Taze Ay," "Gerçek," "Berk Ýüpek," and "Ýeňiş." Furthermore, specialists from the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population provided the students with consultations on labor legislation and career guidance.
